What is Accelerate California?
The Accelerate California program is the newly re-branded Inclusive Innovation Hub program (iHub²), with the same goal as before! The program focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion and works to bolster the regional innovation ecosystem and strengthen innovation assets, business growth and job creation across underserved communities and support a diverse group of entrepreneurs.*

Valley COmmunity Small Business Development Center
The Valley Community Small Business Development Center (SBDC) promotes the development, growth and success of small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs throughout Fresno, Tulare, Madera, and Kings Counties.
Central CA SBDC Network
Whether you want to launch, grow, transition or innovate your business, the Central California Small Business Development Center Regional Network provides expert consulting, training, market research, access to capital and other tools at low to no cost assistance.
Fresno Metro Black Chamber of Commerce
The Fresno Metro Black Chamber of Commerce advances the interests of the Black business community by delivering value-added services and opportunities to their members and the community at-large.
Fresno Area Hispanic FOundation
The Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation was founded in 2001, by a group of local business owners, to meet the needs of an ever-growing Hispanic business community. Since opening its doors, the FAHF has been committed to developing strategies and policies to better serve all Spanish and English-speaking business owners interested in the welfare of the Fresno-area Hispanic community.
City of Bakersfield Economic Development Department
The Economic and Community Development team works to initiate the improvement of quality neighborhoods; help ensure a sound economic base for the community and help increase the quality of life for residents within the City of Bakersfield.
The Hmong Business Incubator (HBI) Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization that empowers individuals in underrepresented and underserved communities to overcome challenges in navigating business formation systems and processes. HBI creates an entrepreneurial environment that identifies business opportunities, achieves economic growth, and encourages innovation in the Hmong community.

Institute & Resource Center
Since its startup, ABIRC has provided essential networking for the Southeast Asian Community through programs such as the first Hmong Cohort in the Central Valley, fundraisers for local schools, and partnerships with local non-profit organizations. Their work has extended throughout ten counties—Fresno, Butte, Madera, Merced, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tulare, and Yuba County.
